RULES: To all participants in USA Dance competitions, regardless of whether you are a member of USA Dance, WDSF, or any other dance organization, we extend a warm welcome! To ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, please be informed that all participants will be required to adhere to USA Dance rules and regulations for competitions. These rules encompass the permitted steps at each Proficiency Class/Syllabus Level, your own Proficiency Class, the Dress Code Regulations, and the age regulations for which you have registered. All of these categories will be strictly invigilated both before and during the competition. Should an infraction be discovered, you may be asked to alter your choreography, modify or change your costume, or move up or down an age category during the competition. Additionally, before the competition, you may be requested to advance to a higher Proficiency Class if it is found that you registered for a lower proficiency class than you are qualified for. If this is your first USA Dance event please register for the proficiency level you feel best illustrates your dance level.

REFUNDS: Competitors will receive a 90% refund of their registration fees & dance fees if the request is received in writing no later than noon on January 04, 2026. There will be a 10% processing charge on all refunds. Requests received after that time and date will be considered solely at the discretion of the organizers and processed at the rate of 65% of payment plus the 10% processing charge. Please be aware, any scratches to events, must be done 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive an event refund. This means that they must be sent to the register by Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026. Any scratch after Wednesday Jan. 14 and/or at the actual event will not be refunded. There are no refunds on any Spectator Tickets.
