Competitors will receive a 90% refund of their registration fees & dance fees if the request is received in writing no later than noon on January 04, 2026. There will be a 10% processing charge on all refunds. Requests received after that time and date will be considered solely at the discretion of the organizers and processed at the rate of 65% of payment plus the 10% processing charge. Please be aware, any scratches to events, must be done 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive an event refund. This means that they must be sent to the register by Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026. Any scratch after Wednesday Jan. 14 and/or at the actual event will not be refunded. There are no refunds on any Spectator Tickets.
